2. Description of the Service
Arica helps users organize information, messages, images, and audio into structured reports and PDF documents.
Arica may use automated processing, artificial intelligence technologies, and third-party service providers to generate reports and related outputs.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Arica, including messages, images, audio recordings, and other materials.
By using the Service, you grant Arica a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, store, transform, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to Arica.
4. Generated Reports
Reports generated by Arica are created automatically based on information supplied by users.
While we strive for accuracy, generated reports may contain omissions, inaccuracies, formatting issues, transcription errors, or incorrect interpretations of user-provided information.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated reports before relying upon, distributing, sharing, publishing, or submitting them.
Arica does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated reports for any specific purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, harmful content, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Arica systems or data.
- Use the Service in a manner that could harm Arica, its users, or third parties.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
6. Report Links and Arica Viewer
Arica may provide web links that allow access to generated reports through the Arica Viewer.
Users are responsible for safeguarding report links and should not share them with unauthorized persons.
Anyone who obtains access to a report link may be able to view the associated report.
Users assume responsibility for any sharing or distribution of report links or downloaded PDF reports.
7. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and are not responsible for delays, outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers, telecommunications networks, cloud infrastructure providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, logos, and related materials, is owned by MakeLabs.in or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the Service itself.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arica disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arica, MakeLabs.in, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.
In no event shall Arica's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the two months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or INR 1,000 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct by Arica.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Arica Privacy Policy.
